Delivery Information

Shipping

Orders can only be shipped when payment is cleared.
We will only process your order when your payment is cleared. You can pay via PayPal e-check, and typically takes one week to be cleared. Otherwise, you can opt-in to pay with a debit or credit card.

Ship directly from Herbalife Warehouses

Once your order has been submitted, NO changes or cancellations can be made. Please review your order before placing it to ensure it is correct. All orders will then be sent to and dispatched from Herbalife facilities directly.

Deliver in 1 – 3 business days

All orders ship on the next business day and 98% are delivered within 1-3 business days via DPD Standard Delivery. However, we make no guarantee on that, it may take up to 5 business days for your order to arrive.

NO orders can be delivered to P.O.box addresses

DPD does not deliver to P.O.box addresses. Any order submitted with a P.O. Box address will be placed on hold until a non-P.O. Box address can be obtained via email. All addresses must be physical address.

Shipping delay of up to 1 business day (Fri-Sun)

Orders placed on Fridays or weekends might be delayed by up to 1 business day. In other words, there is a chance your order will be dispatched on coming Tuesday instead of Monday.

We do not control carriers’ logistics, therefore we are not responsible for delivery delays.

Damaged Shipment

All products are inspected before leaving Herbalife warehouses to ensure that there are no damages to the products. If you have received a damaged shipment, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand that packages could be lost in transit. Please contact me: CLICK HERE immediately when you are in such an event.

I will do my best to investigate the case and get your order replaced. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that were delivered to your doorstep. It is your responsibility to leave instructions to the carrier if you’re not able to receive the package(s).

Backorders

Herbalife distributors do not have control over the stock of products at Herbalife warehouses. We do not know the stock status of a product until we process your order. Backordered items might be shipped separately at no additional cost. Backordered items cannot be expedited or cancelled.


Backlogs

Orders placed between the 25th and the 3rd of the following month might be slightly delayed.


Places we ship to

We ship Herbalife products to the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).

International orders (At this moment we only deliver/work in the UK & Spain)



Shipping Standards
We employ Herbalife’s Standard Operating Procedures. Shipping standards are provided below to better serve your expectations and ensure consistent quality service.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 pm are usually sent to the warehouse the same business day. While it is not guaranteed many times these orders normally ship the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 pm will be sent to the warehouse the next business day. These orders normally ship the next business day.
  • Orders usually leave the warehouse within 24 hours of processing during business days.
  • Orders placed on holidays, weekends or during the beginning and end of the month can be delayed on rare occasions.
  • Once your order has been submitted, NO changes or cancellations can be made. Please review your order before placing it to ensure it is correct.
